In today’s highly competitive market, the most successful companies are those able to clearly demonstrate
the ability to adapt, evolving their processes and product ranges to keep their customers satisfied.
With this approach, IGO has transformed from a company focused exclusively on packaging to a consolidated and competitive reality at national and international level in the production for third parties of biocides for domestic use against wool moths, mosquitoes and ants, and of perfumers and air fresheners for small environments.
We began in 1969 producing packaging for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and herbal industries and over the following three decades we gained experience and command of the world of printing, evolving our
mission and vision in line with the market.
This led us in 1990 to change our production, remaining however in the cellulose sector and drawing on the
know-how gained. We therefore concentrated on the market for fragrance dispensers for small
environments such as the home and cars, using cellulose as a medium for absorption.
2004 saw a further leap forward with the granting of authorisation from the Ministry of Health for the
production of medical and surgical supplies, allowing us to focus on the production of biocides. The
crowning moment in this transformation came in 2010 with the expansion of the production plant to 7,000
square metres.
However, this process has not meant abandoning our origins, far from it. We are now an all-round
organisation with skills honed over the course of half a century and now able to offer clients a full
service, manufacturing, packaging and shipping biocides and deodorants.
We handle all aspects of biocide and deodorant production in a single centralised plant, without any
waiting or intermediate transportation, in order to punctually and efficiently handle even large orders and
provide our clients with a finished and complete product anywhere in the world.
Our paper transformation, mixing, packaging and logistics departments work in unison to respond to all demands with results of the utmost quality, directly handling all aspects including the completion of
transport documentation for potentially hazardous goods.
